The restaurant will re-open as Eightteen99. The name is inspired by the year that our grand hotel was built. Our newly refurbished restaurant is set to be an informal restaurant and bar with private seating arrangements, intimate lightning and of course a welcoming bar! Throughout the refurbishment, the Gazebo will open for lunch for all guests and regulars of the Cellars Bar and Restaurant and will serve all the popular dishes that our beloved restaurant is renowned for.
Although the Cellars will be missed, the opening of Eightteen99 is an exciting prospect and we are eagerly awaiting it. Thank you so much in advance, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
