Our spacious two bedroom cottage enjoys panoramic views over farmland to hills and mountains beyond. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday. On two levels the cottage forms the west wing of Kinnaird House and features: Living room with 2 oversised comfy sofas, TV, video and DVD player Wide range of books and games to keep you occupied.

Dining room with large family table, additional lounge seating and TV. Kitchenette equipped with a larder fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full range of crockery, glasses, utensils and pans. Downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Two bedrooms upstairs ? one with double bed and one with two singles. Both have wardrobe, drawers and dressing table The property is double glazed and centrally heated and has additional electric panel heaters in the bedrooms. We provide linen for all beds, bath mat, hand towel, bath towels, tea towels, toilet roll and cleaning materials for both kitchen and bathroom.

Elevated patio with outside furniture and BBQ. Some useful information about the cottage: Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge. All year: Flexible changover day Children welcome Dogs welcome (extra charge payable on arrival £15 - one dog permitted) Free use of washing machine in outhouse 5m from cottage door.
