A Grade II listed converted cowshed, in a quiet village 2 miles from Banbury. The cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard, and consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen/dining area and a spacious lounge. The cottage boasts a wealth of character with many exposed stone walls and original beams.

It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, wi-fi broadband connection and freeview tv. There are many board games to play and a selection of books and puzzles. North Newington is on the Oxfordshire Cycleway which connects Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Well served by public footpaths, it is a quiet village with a traditional pub, serving evening meals and Real Ale. Other places of interest include Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Woodstock, Warwick and the Cotswolds, all of which are about 30 minutes by car. .
