NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSE SET DEEP IN THE DEVONSHIRE COUNTRYSIDE This newly renovated former family home stands in many acres of the owner's land ensuring seclusion from neighbouring properties. Estrayer Park has been so thoughtfully renovated that it has something to offer everyone. For families there is a walled garden and games barn with play equipment storage for bikes and a separate second lounge with games.
The large lounge is perfect for relaxing after a family feast in the large dining room with its roaring woodburner. If you do wish to venture further from this wonderful property you will find yourself ideally positioned for exploring the rugged scenery of Dartmoor and the public footpath which the farm offers and also the Granite Cycle way which runs right through the middle of the farm with easy cycling for all ages (bike hire can be arranged 0.5 miles away).
You will be perfectly positioned for touring both Devon and Cornwall with easy access to the A30. You will have a choice of sandy beaches to the North and South as well as attractions such as Meldon reservoir and Roadford reservoir for walking and fishing National Trust properties the Eden project (60 minute drive) and horse riding can be found locally there are two local pubs within a mile of the property serving food. The town of Okehampton offers visitors the opportunity to step back in time with a visit to the ruins of Okehampton castle or play a few holes on the golf course (discounts available for guests organised direct with the owner) or swimming in the new local indoor leisure complex.

Bathroom: includes bath with shower over and WC.
Downstairs shower room with WC. Two staircases sit on either side of the property for easy access to every room in the house. Lounge: large with woodburner widescreen TV and DVD.
Second lounge with TV DVD and woodburner effect electric fire and double sofa bed. Dining room: spacious with woodburner in feature restored oven. Kitchen: with cooker microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
