1 OF 3 BARN CONVERSIONS SET IN A QUIET ELEVATED POSITION OVERLOOKING MEVAGISSEY 10 MINUTE WALK FROM THE HARBOUR PERFECT FOR DISCOVERING THE AREA These attractive barn conversions are positioned on the owners cattle and arable farm and have been well converted featuring exposed beams and stonework. The sheltered position on the hillside enjoys lovely sea views in a peaceful setting and the on-site games barn nearby tennis courts and recreational ground provide entertainment for all ages. Many circular walks lead from the farm through the beautiful countryside and to the coastal path which enjoys spectacular views and will lead you to sandy coves beaches and the fishing village of Charlestown with its harbour home to traditional tall ships and Shipwreck museum.

Conveniently located less than a mile from the centre of Mevagissey you will have easy access to a range of pubs shops and narrow streets winding down to the historic harbour. There are many attractions in the area to suit all tastes including The Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Lanhydrock House Restormel Castle and the unspoilt fishing villages of Fowey Looe and Polperro to name just a few. Some of the many leisure facilities in the area include boat trips from the harbour water skiing windsurfing golf at the championship 6500 yard course at Carlyon Bay health spas and fishing amongst others.

At the end of a busy day just relax at Treleaven Farm. Games barn: with table tennis pool table and darts board. Shared laundry room: with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside: guests are welcome to purchase disposable BBQs available locally for use on the patio. Also some BBQs are available to loan from the owner. Amenities: ample parking.

Bed linen towels electric and night storage heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach at Pentewan 2 miles shops and pubs walking distance.

The Mowhay once the dairy and milking parlour is arranged on three levels and offers THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 double 1 twin. On the second floor 1 further twin with en-suite shower and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.

Lounge: situated on the second floor with TV Freeview DVD and coal effect electric fire with stairs leading down to the first floor. Kitchen/diner: located on the first floor. Well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave.

Outside: private patio with garden furniture.Other properties at Treleaven Farm include TFCHE and TFGOL.
