The property is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches to the North and South as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium numerous National Trust properties and gardens Jamaica Inn and much more. On site you are welcome to explore the 250 acre dairy farm as well as fish on the owners' 1 mile of fishing on the river Lynher and salmon pools (maximum of 2 rods).
The area is also famed for its lovely scenery and is a haven for walkers. In the evenings relax with a BBQ on the patio or walk to the village pub serving good food which is less than 1 mile away. The accommodation which enjoys lovely views over open countryside retains much original charm and character and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC 1 twin with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 zip-and-link double which can be a twin on request.
