BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS You will remember the spectacular views from Mount Pleasant long after your holiday with the views stretching over patchwork countryside out to the sea and along the North Cornish coastline right to Tintagel. The views can be enjoyed from the comfort of almost every room and the large enclosed garden. The surrounding area is a walker’s paradise positioned perfectly for hiking the costal paths and exploring the dramatic cliff tops.

Centrally positioned for many beaches with the closest being the sandy tidal beach of Tregardock which is only half a mile away and can be reached easily over a couple of fields but beware as it is downhill on the way but a steep walk back up. The property is set just one and a half miles away from the small village of Delabole which hosts a couple of pubs and a few small shops along with all year attractions such as The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Rick Steins famous seafood restaurant at Rock all within easy reach. The property has just been completely renovated and decorated within a tasteful and stylish fashion yet much care and attention has been taken to restore all of the original features.

The fabulous accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: upstairs is the master double with wonderful sea views and en-suite shower room with WC there is also a twin and a single bedroom on the same level. On the ground floor is a further double with en-suite shower room with WC and storage cupboard. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC located upstairs.

Lounge: with sea views TV DVD video hi-fi and woodburner. Dining room: separate and also benefits from sea views. Kitchen: well-equipped with Range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave washing machine tumble dryer and many handy extras.

Outside: leading out from the kitchen behind the property is a decked area with seating and large grassed area this spot takes advantage of the wonderful views and is ideal for summer BBQs. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and logs included.
