Enjoying panoramic views over fields to the nearby coastline. You will be perfectly positioned for touring Cornwall and North Devon and visiting the many safe sandy family beaches including Widemouth Bay (ideal for surfing) which is less than three miles by car.

You will also be close to the many attractions which include Dairyland Farm World. The area is famed for its walks many of which offer scenery of outstanding natural beauty. Both properties are former barns converted and refurbished to a high standard yet still retaining much of their charm with many of the original features such as open beams being retained where possible.

Outside: each property has a separate picnic table and BBQ and use of a shared play area and garden. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen included.

Electric by £1 meter. Night storage heating included October - April (surcharge at other times of £5 per heater 4 heaters in Honeypot and 5 heaters in the Oak). Laundry facilities and pets by arrangement (regret no pets in July or August).

Location: beach 3 miles shop and pub 2 miles.North Penlean Oak offers THREE bedrooms: downstairs 1 double and 1 twin. Upstairs there is an attractive galleried double bedroom which is curtained.

Bathroom: with bath shower over and WC. Separate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: TV DVD CD player and woodburner (first basket of logs included from October - April).

Kitchen area with cooker microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Summer room. Amenities: suitable for families only.

Sleeps up to 6 (plus 2 upstairs with low ceilings and steep stairs subject to suitability-teenagers). The other cottage at North Penlean Farm is NPHON .
