Cornwall offers some of the most dramatic coastline with lovely sheltered coves fishing villages and sandy beaches whilst Devon can boast the National Marine Aquarium and history of Plymouth's Barbican and Hoe. Several National Trust properties and beautiful gardens are within an easy drive. Alternatively simply relax around the lakes where fishing is available and take in the spectacular view across the rolling hills of Caradon.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: spacious galleried room offering views through the large french doors over the glass balcony and across the lake with wall mounted flatscreen TV and en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan with reclining leather suite large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD. Kitchen: enjoying integrated oven and hob with extractor dishwasher washing machine microwave and fridge/freezer.
Outside: access to the shared garden and lakes through the french doors from the lounge with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included.
1 well behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach 12 miles pub 1 mile and shop 2 miles within Callington.
