The perfect retreat for couples this charming property is an ideal base for exploring all that this lovely part of the world has to offer. There is lots to see and do in the area which is famed for its beautiful walks and excellent sandy beaches ideal for surfing or bathing etc.

Attractions such as Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets are nearby as is Bude with its beach canal and large variety of shops pubs and restaurants. The Eden Project is also within reach being approximately just over an hours drive away. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC.

Lounge: area with TV/DVD and double French doors leading to patio area with BBQ and seating. Kitchen: small area with cooker fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: garden with good size decked "lookout" overlooking the surrounding countryside and with distant views of the sea.
