1 OF 3 BARN CONVERSIONS SET WITHIN 130 ACRES OF ARABLE LAND WITH COWS AND SHEEP These THREE recently converted barns sit within a courtyard setting and are situated within a short distance of two villages both with a shop and pub. Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall there are a wealth of popular beaches and sheltered coves all within a short drive. As well as this there are numerous attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project Flambards Theme Park Goonhilly Earth Station The Tate Gallery at St Ives Lands End and Newquay Sealife Centre.

A network of footpaths and Tehidy Country Park (with lake golf course and cafe) can be reached via a well kept footpath direct from the cottages which is ideal for dog walkers. Explore the farm or relax in the garden area with seating and BBQ or the patio area for the barn. Enjoy the immediate surrounding with some lovely walks directly from the property.

In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs all serving good food.All the properties have been converted and equipped to a high standard retaining many original features. Amenities: ample off-road parking.

Bed linen electric and central heating included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome 2 by arrangement. Regret no smoking in the properties.

 Location: beach 2 miles pubs and shops 1 mile.Middle Barn is a one-storey barn and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room handbasin and WC and 1 twin (zip-and-link which can be a double on request). Bathroom: family size with shower over handbasin and WC.

Lounge: with ample seating flatscreen TV DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: french doors open onto a large enclosed lawned garden with south facing views patio garden furniture and BBQ.

Arrival: 4.30pm.Other barn conversions at Old Merrose Farm are OLDML and OLDMM
