Offering spacious accommodation for up to six people, this property resides in 15 acres of a working smallholding. One of two cottages converted from a 19th Century barn, the cottage has successfully blended character features and modern facilities to create a luxurious base from which to explore the locality and all its attractions.

What began life as a 19th Century stone barn is now a luxurious ground-floor apartment. The accommodation is spacious and hosts three bedrooms with the capacity to sleep up to six people. There are a number of original features combined with modern comforts. To the rear of the cottage is a large patio, perfect for a spot of outdoor dining or simply admiring the views of the surrounding countryside and the Carneddau Mountain range beyond.

The place was lovely, really cosy, comfy beds and incredible views. Pet friendly too so we could take our doggies with us. The house was very clean too, however, only thing I would say is there needs to be a bit more attention to detail...lots of cobwebs, ceiling lamps need cleaning as dead flies collecting in them and dusty skirting boards and doors in the bathroom. Need some more baking trays for the oven as only one.

Superb stay in an excllently provided cottage. In a magnificent position to allow visits and walks around North Wales. No complaints at all except we wish we could big the place. We will be booking again.

Beautiful area to stay, the children enjoyed the play area. The views were breathtaking with lovely walks and a dog friendly pub within walking distance along quiet road and through fields.

Very pleased with the accommodation, a nice peaceful setting with plenty of walks from the cottage. Very safe paddock for the dogs, which they loved! Would go back there again.
