Offering the delightful fusion of a classic cottage with modern furnishings and decoration, this property can provide a group of up to four people with light and airy accommodation, just a stone’s throw from the beach.

Sleeping groups of up to four people, this property has been built from brick yet inside, has been decorated and furnished to exceedingly modern standards. It is conveniently located just next door to a pub, which also happens to belong to the owner so, although there is parking for up to two cars, there will be many evenings where you just won’t need them! Central heating throughout warms the cottage in the colder months and there is a feature fireplace in the living room. If you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.

Excellent as usual
Have been several times to The Albion, which says it all. People in town very welcoming. I would have issue with the title of pet friendly with a garden . The garden in question belongs to the pub. You have only one access door, straight into lounge of the cottage. The garden is then entered via a gate next door. My dog loves grass , so it does mean visits across the road to a green area! I also agree groups with young family or very close friends!

autum break
We absolutely loved this cottage. It is very spacious and spotlessly clean with two immaculate bathrooms and a lovely modern kitchen. The building itself is quite old and has a charming homely feel to it, and feels full of history and atmosphere. However the facilities are modern and up to date. It is part of a pub which is absolutely lovely, cosy warm and welcoming, however as it is only open a few days a week and is visited mostly by locals, there is no noise at all from this. Silloth is a very pretty place, particularly on the promenade, which has a lovely walk along the sea with views across to Scotland. The lakes are near enough to visit, particularly Keswick, and also Carlisle and Hadrians wall. Came back rested and relaxed. Plenty of little local shops for groceries and some good takeaways-we just wanted to stay at the cottage in the evenings as it was so cosy, even on autumn evenings. Lovely place to stay.

We had everything in the cottage we needed and both dogs were allowed. The owners made us all very welcome; it was home from home.
