This single storey barn conversion is situated on the owner’s sheep and arable farm, and sleeps up to four people.

This is a lovely single storey barn conversion situated on the owner’s farm on the outskirts of Clifford Chambers, a charming village just three miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. The property has well equipped and furnished accommodation. As part of the open-plan design, the well appointed kitchen has a breakfast bar and a further dining area is available within the sitting room.

The sitting room is comfortably furnished, with contemporary stone flooring throughout the living area. The two bedrooms are peaceful and elegant, and the bathroom spacious, with a bath and separate shower. The lawned garden has furniture and a barbecue and is a shared space.

This is an ideal property for a holiday in this glorious area.

Another Great Farm Cottage
A close pair of holiday cottages near Stratford Upon Avon! The Dairy has been excellent for us over the past 7 days. As a family, we found the location near Stratford Upon Avon to be excellent. With the holiday cottage in mind, the bedrooms are in fabulous condition, as well as the lounge. Although the TV tends to lose signal sometimes and the Wifi is slightly dodgy, there is a great option next door in the laundry room, which has a basket full of games to play in the garden/recreational area of the cottage. I had actually forgotten my clock on the holiday, and thanks to the close location of Stratford Upon Avon, I was able to pick up another one at Amazon Locker (Twinkle) the very next day. The owners of the cottage are also very nice. I would highly recommend this cottage!

Immaculately clean cottage with friendly owners
Lovely barn conversion only a couple of miles away from Stratford upon Avon. Based on a working farm. The cottage was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. WiFi was very hit and miss, though on a holiday that's not a priority for us. Our son enjoyed the provided badminton and tennis equipment and we had a game every evening on the grass area outside the cottage. Only downside is that, being on a farm, the cottage is not within walking distance of any pub/shop/etc.. Upside is that it is quiet which helps when getting a good night's sleep. Great to see the sheep being checked over whilst we were there, so a bit of education too!! Lovely, friendly owner who was very approachable and I'm sure would have been very helpful if we'd had any problems which we did not :-)

Lovely cottage
Just returned from a week staying at the Dairy. Brilliant location about 3 miles from Stratford, ideally placed for touring all the attractions in the county. Numerous National Trust and English Heritage properties close by. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need, including a shared laundry room with a freezer. Very comfortable bed, which was a bonus. Lawned area outside the cottage which would be a safe place for children to play. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy the country views. Very friendly owners who gave us a warm welcome and provided eggs and milk to start us off. One mile to the nearest pub - lovely meals. Waitrose is about 2 miles on the main road into Stratford. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Our second stay here but dreadful wifi
This is the second time we have stayed here. Delightful location and very tranquil. Perfect with all the lambs about. The only negative is the chronically slow wifi. My email wouldn't even download without timing out. If you need a digital detox, this should be your first choice destination.

Fabulous cottage on a working farm with caring & helpful on-site owners
As other reviewers have said, milk and eggs are a welcoming provision! But bring your own tea-bag(s) or coffee if you want one on arrival before you go shopping. The building is L-shaped, and includes the utility room, the Roost cottage and the owner's cottage. My elderly mother found the level-floor easy to manage. The owners are most caring - first morning, Jean even asked if I was warm enough, and provided a warmer duvet for me. Her elderly husband Robert works with his Son Andy on the farm - amazing to see them organising the sheep to take them to other pastures, as was their loading a large lorry with many tons of corn for transport! Parking is across the lawn in front of the cottages. My mother's disability scooter needed charging overnight, but couldn't get the van near the Dairy. So, Jean kindly let me drive near their own utility room to do so. A few minor niggles: noisy fridge, dark lounge corner (where round dining table is, their photos must have been taken with good flood lights), dripping/worn sink mixer tap. Bedside clock in double bedroom changed time during night ? I wondered why there was so much daylight for only £5am?! (All niggles discussed with owners son Andy before departure)
