SLEEPS 4+2 This charming detached mill house is walking distance from Padstow an ever popular harbour town busy both in summer and winter with Rick Stein along with many other restaurants making it a favourite area for Cornish eating.Padstow boasts a wealth of galleries amongst its winding streets including many intimate cafes and tea rooms.

This area has some of the finest beaches and coves along this coastline and is happily referred to as "Seven bays for seven days". The A39 2 miles away links north and south Cornwall and is ideal for exploring. There are many attractions well worth a visit which include The Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Tate Gallery at St Ives Barbara Hepworth's sculptures Minack Theatre Newquay Sealife Centre and much more.

For cycling enthusiasts the Camel Trail offers traffic free cycling and walking and winds its way through Wadebridge and Bodmin. Newquay airport is easily accesible being 30 minutes drive away.This character filled property offers TWO bedrooms: situated on the ground floor 1 double bedroom with additional single bed and 1 twin.
