Definitely one of the best cottages in Middleham, with amazing hosts.
Miss Jobes

An excellent property and excellent host and hostess. Have been before and would happily go again (tomorrow!). The village is delightful and The Coach House well positioned therein.
Mr Oates

We were made to feel very welcome, the accommodation was second to none and the local area a joy to explore. The whole family enjoyed the holiday and want to return some point in the future.
Mr Gregory

A superb cottage with wonderful hosts, could not fault anything.
Mr Reynolds

We love Middleham and have been twice before this visit, but we hadn't stayed in The Coach House. On arrival we were shown round the cottage by the owner Chris and we were not disappointed. From immaculately clean rooms to lovely shower toiletries, to fluffy white bath robes in each room, this was a fantastic home from home. We had everything we needed..except WiFi connection, however, faced with a week without it and three teenagers armed with iPhone and iPads we were not looking forward to the week. They amazed us by actually talking to us, reading books, from the extensive collection in the cottage, and even playing chess. WiFi is not needed Chris, I take it back!! We tried the fabulous cakes on offer in the owners Tea Rooms at the front of the cottage and were even given a tour of the guest house. If you need a luxury place to stay for a few days, ask for Room Six!!!! its amazing. None of us wanted to come home, it really is a great place to stay, the Town is lovely, it has four pubs all doing food, a lovely little grocery shop and its a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Moors. Get up early and watch the race horses going up to the gallops for their morning exercise or better still go up to the gallops to watch them. Cant wait to visit again, thanks Chris and Sarah for a lovely time and LUSH banana cake! x
