This delightful, cottage-style home is situated in the Dorset village of Three Legged Cross; only 4 miles from the market town of Ringwood and the New Forest on the M27(A31). Bournemouth's award-winning sandy beaches, great shops, theatres and cinemas are only 20 minutes away. Little Gables is an ideal place for a 7 day+ family or golfing holiday.

Why not try a 4 day Mid-week or 3 day Weekend Break with friends? 2 short hours by Rail or Road from London. From the M3 the road is motorway / dual carriageway until within 4 miles of the property. Easy direct access to: The New Forest National Park famous for wild ponies, deer, pretty villages and quaint inns.

Local areas of heathland, river walks, woodland, miles of walking and cycle trails. The Moors Valley Country Park, a favourite for families, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts is within easy walking distance. The park includes the Go Ape high-wire adventure trail, a children's playground, a miniature steam train and a 9 hole golf course.

The Avon Heath Country Park is also nearby offering similar facilities. The Heavy Horse Centre near Cranborne Chase. Christchurch, Sandbanks, Studland & Swanage.

Within 5 ? 10 miles there are over 8 Golf courses. Salmon & Trout Fishing. A Ski Centre.

A Flying Club. Indoor Swimming Pools at Ringwood, Ferndown & Bournemouth. Ringwood and Wimborne have a weekly market day.

This area of rural East Dorset on Hampshire/Wiltshire borders is near The National Motor Museum at Beaulieu and Exbury Camelia and Rhododendron Gardens. Alternatively travel 30-40 minutes to the historic towns and cities of Salisbury, Shaftsbury, Winchester and Poole. Duvets and bed linen are provided. Beds made up ready for your arrival. Off road parking for 3 cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome on ground floor. No Smoking in the House. There is a Post Office, Shop, Pub/Restaurant, Garden Centre & Camping Supplier within 5 -10 minute walk.

As an aid to guests a comprehensive Visitor Information portfolio will be available. A Key to the property will be placed in a security deposit box by the front door. The code for the box will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
