This spacious, south facing, semi-detached Georgian property adjoining the Owner's home has a wealth of period features and is perfect for both groups of friends and families alike, a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured.

The Mendip Hills, Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park are all within easy reach as well as many other popular attractions such as Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and Glastonbury Tor.

Ideally situated to see the popular Burnham-on-Sea & Weston-Super-Mare Carnivals which are usually held in November and attract thousands of spectators each year. The city of Wells, famous for its beautiful cathedral, boutique shops and restaurants also offers a great day out and slightly further afield you’ll find the popular cultural city of Bath, well-known for its Roman baths. The large garden and patio is great for those wishing to relax or for a taste of sea air, the long sandy beach at Burnham-on-Sea is well worth the short drive.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 master double with bunk beds (suitable for children only), 1 double, 1 twin with washbasin and downstairs 1 further double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room and separate WC on the ground floor.

Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV, DVD, Freeview. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Utility room: with washing machine, separate freezer and wine rack.

Outside: large, enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included however a fuel surcharge of £50 is applicable between October - April, payable to owner on arrival.
