On entering this splendid property you will find yourself in the first of two inviting and comfortable lounges an ideal spot for relaxing in complete with TV/DVD and a wood burner to snuggle in front of. French doors lead out to the garden.

The second more intimate lounge is also a great place to unwind in complete with TV. Moving into the elegant and stylishly designed kitchen/diner you will find everything you may need including electric range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and TV. You can grab breakfast at the breakfast bar or enjoy something more substantial in the attractive dining area.

Exploring the cottage further you will find a delightful sunroom overlooking the garden with views of the surrounding countryside. You will also find a comfy single bedroom on the ground floor. There is also both a shower room with WC and a separate WC on the ground floor as well as a utility room with washing machine and sink.

Going upstairs you will find four more comfy and spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed TV walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious en-suite shower room with WC. You will find two further doubles each with TV and a twin.

There is also a bathroom complete with free standing bath large separate shower and WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the large enclosed garden area complete with seating and BBQ and a play area for children with trampoline with net swings and a playhouse. There is also ample parking available.
