They are furnished to a high standard and are perfectly positioned to provide easy access to Exmoor and the wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho!, with the dramatic coastline of North Devon including picturesque villages such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and the larger towns of Barnstaple with its theatre, cinema, clubs and shops and Bideford with an attractive water front and the very popular Burton Gallery Arts Centre. Situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton, where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week.
There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within, or close by the town.

Shed to store boots, shoes, fishing equipment and outdoor clothes. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.
The accommodation is set away from the main farmhouse on the south side of the lake, carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy.
The log cabin is built to a very high standard and offers ONE bedroom: with a king-size bed and an en-suite with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, DVD and woodburner. The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside: patio doors leading onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. Amenities: ample parking outside each lodge. Central heating included with an additional charge of £15 from November to Easter paid direct to the owner.
