These superb conversions are situated on the owner's former dairy farm and have been renovated with great care and style.

Set a short distance from the many beaches along the North Devon and North Cornwall coast, it is ideal for couples wishing to explore this beautiful part of the West Country. Much to see and do in the area: family theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor, cycling on the Tarka Trail, or walking along the coastal footpaths and enjoying spectacular views over Bideford Bay.

Clovelly should be on any visitors list to visit, a unique cliff-side fishing village which is privately owned and has remained unchanged for many years. The larger towns of Bude and Bideford offer a wider range of shops, restaurants and amenities. Bude also has a splash pool and ten pin bowling centre, tennis courts and pretty canal.

Outside: shared lawn area perfect for games. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric, central heating and stairgates included.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: accessed via an open-tread spiral staircase, king-size four poster bed with TV, en-suite with spa bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV/DVD and underfloor heating.

French doors lead out to the front patio. Kitchen: has exposed stone work, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, many useful extras and underfloor heating and assess to the rear patio. Outside: patio areas at the front and rear of the property,with garden furniture and BBQ.

Amenities: regret no smoking or pets. Leisure facilities: private hot tub with shower for sole use.
