This area is famed for its lovely scenery and keen walkers will enjoy the cliff-top walks of the Cornish coast path.
The beach is perfect for family beach time and exploring the rock pools at low tide. The heart of the village has a beach side pub, an excellent restaurant, cafe and a small general store, all a short stroll away. Other easily accessible attractions include numerous National Trust houses and gardens, Historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, Theatre and National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.
In the evenings relax on your own private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and, accessed from the top floor, offers FIVE bedroomsÂ allÂ with a flatscreen TV and sea views: 1 master king-size double on theÂ second floor with stunning panoramic sea views, seating areaÂ and en-suite bathroom with wet-room style double shower, dualÂ basin and vanity area. 1 further king-size double, 1 double, 1 twin (with partial sea views)Â andÂ 1 singleÂ bedroomÂ (3ft 6" bed)Â on the ground floor.
Family bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Additional WC: on the ground floor. Lounge/diner on the first floor: light and airy open-plan area with large flatscreen TV/DVD with BT Vision, Bose Wave music system, wood burner, dining table which extends to seat up to 10Â and large patio doors offering stunning panoramic views and access to a large decked balcony with seating.
Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar and small table. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and American style fridge/freezer. Outside: tiered garden with lawn areas and a further large decked area and BBQ for eating al-fresco.
Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars and additional roadside parking if necessary. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (dogs are welcome on Downderry beach and on Seaton beach in the neighbouring village, all year round).
