This lovely bungalow is situated in its own grounds on a working sheep farm, and takes advantage of the wonderful views over fields to the River Spey and Lochaber Hills beyond. The property offers homely and welcoming accommodation with extensive use of natural wood nearby.

Set within the picturesque rural village of Laggan, a perfect escape.

An excellent area for wildlife, bird watching, walking, mountain biking and fishing can be arranged on the River Spey. Golf and pony trekking can be enjoyed in Newtonmore 9 miles away. Aviemore and Fort William are around 1 hour away.

To discover the traditional art of malt whisky distilling Dalwhinnie Distillery is just 12 miles away.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with bath.

Lounge: Freesat TV and open fireplace. Kitchen/diner: electric oven, radio, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Utility room.

Outside: natural open wooded area. Amenities: bed linen, electric central heating and initial supply of solid fuel included. 1 small dog welcome.

Additional info: extra solid fuel can be purchased locally. Short breaks accepted in off peak seasons. Short breaks charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 & 6 nights will be the full weekly rate.
