Commanding sea views from an elevated position above the beautiful peaceful beaches of Monreith, this charming bungalow offers a relaxing and comfortable holiday home. Enjoy the truly outstanding private garden which has been meticulously attended to over the years.
The area is a bird and wildlife paradise and local activities include fishing, golf, pony trekking, walking and cycling.
Places of interest include the book town of Wigtown and the popular market town of Newton Stewart with cinema and swimming pool. This is an ideal location to explore the scenic beauty and historic attractions of the South West. The Isle of Whithorn is ten minutes’ drive where there is a pretty little harbour, interesting pubs and shops.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: with wonderful sea views, woodburner, TV and DVD.
Kitchen/diner: with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: patio with garden furniture, interesting shrubs and plants, lovely viewing areas to watch the sun set over the Mull of Galloway and a delightful pond, (care required with young children). Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric, oil and initial supply solid fuel included (dditional solid fuel can be purchased locally).
Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: short breaks are charged as follows: 3 and 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 and 6 nights will be the full weekly rate.
