This newly built three storey town house is situated in a quiet location a few minutes' walk from the heart of the popular holiday destination of Watchet. The small and attractive seaside town has an excellent range of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs that cater for visitors and locals alike.
The picturesque harbour is in the centre of the town and the accessible beaches, the Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park and villages provide great walks or simply a way to relax and get away from it all.
The cottage is ideally located for exploring West Somerset and North Devon with wide ranging attractions to suit all tastes including the West Somerset Steam Railway, Somerwest World at Minehead, Dunster Castle and Porlock. A little further afield the towns of Lynmouth and Lynton are worth a visit too.
The contemporary accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on top floor, 1 king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC and bidet, on the middle floor 1 twin and on the ground floor 1 double.
Bathroom: on middle floor, bath with shower over and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: on middle floor, with TV/DVD and Juliet balcony.
Kitchen/diner: on ground floor with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with side and rear pedestrian access with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car and public car park at rear for additional vehicles.
Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome, to stay on the ground floor only please .
