This detached Grade II manor house is situated in the village of Saundersfoot and sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms.

The Priory is a detached Grade II listed manor house situated in the seaside village of Saundersfoot in South Wales. Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms, consisting of three king-size doubles, a second floor double, two singles (including one on the second floor) and there is a second floor landing with double sofa bed, plus there are two bathrooms and a second floor shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, which leads to an orangery with dining and sitting areas, and there is a dining room with open fire, a sitting room with woodburner and a study. Outside there is off road parking for six cars and enclosed grounds with a lawned area, patios and furniture. Ideal for a family and friends, The Priory is an ideal holiday home for exploring the area with its variety of attractions and places of interest.


A really marvellous house with a great combination of style and comfort. It was perfect for a large group. The orangery in particular was very impressive and an ideal gathering place for pre-dinner fizz! We had dreadful weather but the house more than made up for it.

We loved this property, especially the Orangery which was superb. The range of rooms and space available was perfect for a mixed group. The rooms were elegant, especially for an afternoon tea party, and the piano was a hit. A good range of bathroom facilities meant nobody had to queue. We also liked that it was close to a fabulous beach for walks, and the small town of Saundersfoot which had bars, cafes, food shops and gift shops. All in all a superb property for a special birthday weekend. Thank you.

The Priory is a beautiful house with immaculate gardens. The house is lovely but also welcoming. The facilities are very good indeed. The house is in a very convenient location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful holiday and had great fun.

We had a wonderful family holiday. A very successful holiday with loads of space for everyone inside and outside. The orangery was "wow," the bedrooms were large and the furnishings were superb. The gardens were superb, with a lovely gardener who was very helpful. Everything we needed was provided, we couldn't ask for more and it was in walking distance to the sea. We had great fun and it was very successful for all of us. The children want to know when we are doing it again, so it must have been good!
