This well-presented first floor apartment in Whitby sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.

Stanton House Apartment 3 is a welcoming first floor apartment close to the centre of Whitby. The property is set within a Victorian house and retains large bay windows with views towards the town and abbey. There are two double bedrooms and a single room with additional pull-out stacker bed, along with a family bathroom. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. Outside, a permit for an off road parking space, just two minutes’ walk from the property, is provided during the main season (from October-March this car park is free) and roadside parking is provided on a first come, first served basis all year round. Stanton House Apartment 3 is ideally placed for enjoying all the amenities of Whitby, and also for exploring the moors and coast beyond.


We spent a gerat week in this lovely apartment with my husband and 2 young children. The apartment is spacious ( with a good amount of storage space) with great facilities. DVD.s and games made the children feel at home, and the beds were very comfy. Lovely bathroom with roll top bath and seperate shower. This apartment is really central - just a couple of minutes from the cliff lift ( we hired a beach hut which I'd recommend doing if you intend to spend time down at the beach), and within very easy reach of town. It has great views ( the sea from the bay windows in the lounge and a bedroom, and of the abbey ruins from the kitchen), and was lovely and quiet. It comes with a parking permit for the West Cliff car park which is just a stones throw away. It has pacious bedrooms and open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. A great place to come

A lovely apartment. The location is great - really near the cliff lift for the beach and not far from the main town. The apartment is comfy with lots of extras, and great views from the side bay window of the sea and the kitchen had views of the abbey ruins. The cottage has lots of storage space so we didn't feel cramped, and the car park is really near. A real home from home, we would highly recommend.

Stanton House Apartment was well located for the many attractions on offer at Whitby. It was spacious and our party had plenty of room. It was easily heated; this was important as the weather was not springlike.

The flat was lovely with great views of the Abbey from the kitchen window and a short but steep walk to the beach. The flat is kitted out well; the beds are really comfy and there was everything we needed. Parking was easier than expected, we always found a space on the nearby streets. Would definitely return. A good location and a really pleasant stay.

The apartment was awesome. We stayed here with my sister, her partner and 2 daughters and it was just perfect. It was large enough so we didn't feel like we were in each others pockets but cosy too. The girls loved the big living room windows as you could see the sea, and the bathroom was fantastic. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Whitby as they won't be disappointed; we are looking to book again for next year!
