Surrounded by rolling hills this property makes for a tranquil retreat for those wanting to explore the county. Hayle is just a few miles away and is packed with amenities and a beautiful beach ideal for surfing sunbathing and swimming. St Ives is just slightly further with an even wider range of eateries and shops to choose from plus the Tate gallery.

The A30 is easily accessible from the property offering quick links to Penzance Truro and Newquay with Land s End and the Minack Theatre also not too far away. Take your pick of stunning beaches from Gwithian to Portreath Carbis Bay to Porthtowan or walk the causeway to St Michael s Mount. Upon entering this beautiful barn conversion you are greeted by an immaculately finished spacious living space.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been lovingly decorated with oak flooring throughout and plenty of thoughtful finishing touches. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a TV/DVD to enjoy your favourite programmes whilst on holiday with French doors leading out to the patio and garden. There is a lovely dining table to seat up to four people with the contemporary fitted kitchen just behind.

Beautifully finished it comprises of an electric oven and hob fridge freezer microwave and dishwasher. The separate WC on the ground floor is also where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs the property has two bedrooms: both rooms benefit from high open beamed ceilings creating a spacious feel.

The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with WC whilst the second room has twin single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside the cottage has a private patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ ideal for al fresco dining in the summer months. There is also a large shared lawn for all the properties to enjoy.
