Highly recommend Horseshoe Cottage
We have just spent a lovely week in Horseshoe Cottage, it's a real gem. Debbie and Russell the owners leave a lovely welcome hamper of homemade cake, locally produced bacon and eggs, butter milk and bread, they are on hand should you need them. The cottage has a log fire and log burner (We didn't need to light the log burner) and is very warm and cosy, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine and is wonderfully spacious, I certainly had kitchen envy. The lounge area is very comfortable with 2 sofas and a television, dvd player and games console, at the end of the lounge is a dining area. Upstairs ( the stairs are steep but you get use to them ) are 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles, a bathroom with the most amazing shower in the world with fluffy towels and a heated towel rail. The cottage is situated in Deladole a busy working community with 2 pubs and a local spar, the Quarry is about 200 yds from the cottage and we parked in the free car park without any problems, nearby is Tintagel, Boscastle and Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed. We had a wonderful week staying at Horseshore Cottage and highly recommend it.

Horseshoe cottage
"Amazing cottage would be delighted to live there permanently" The cottage was beautiful, clean and well presented. Debbie and Russell the owners had gone way beyond what you would expect of a fine hotel with a lovely welcome hamper on arrival too. The cottage is set in a lovely village location and so peaceful. Can't recommend this place enough it's just perfect. Looking forward to our return.
