Outside is a riverside patio with BBQ, and there is off road parking for one car. No. 1 The Heathers offers easy access to Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, and the beautiful coastline is also within easy reach.

1 Heathers - Avoid this dump
I haven't given all of the specific details here, you just need to move onto another booking provider, there's plenty of good ones out there - Sykes/Cornish Cottage Holidays rents out this dump and when you leave bad reviews to warn others on there website they remove them. So i'm leaving reviews on sites like this instead so that you don't have a bad experience too.
There is a damp issue in this house, it stinks of damp and it made us ill, it's dirty everywhere inside and the bungalow is in disrepair. The facilities they advertise are NOT available, you will feel cheated and Sykes/Cornish Cottage Holidays have been doing this for years so its safe to assume that they don't intend to change there ways or do anything about it. Classic bad management. I didn't ask for a refund as i can tell from other reviews it would be a further waste of our time fighting Sykes/Cornish Cottage Holidays. Instead we left early and spent the holiday at home. Please Note: Sykes Holiday Cottages goes by other names such as Cornish Cottage Holidays.

A fantastic location and the bungalow was excellent; clean, cosy and well equipped. Would recommend to family and friends and will come back next year. Thanks for a great holiday.
