This cottage sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double with en-suite shower, a king-size double with en-suite shower, a twin, a single, a family room with one double, one single and a washbasin and a ground floor super king-size double with en-suite bath. There's also a first floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a dining room, a sauna room, a summer room, a snug with open fire and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there's off road parking for five cars and lawned gardens with a patio and furniture. Old Joiner's Shop is an ideal base for families and friends to explore the Lake District.

Note: The rear garden is not suitable for children, a secure fence separates it from the front garden. Note: The mains water is on a private supply from a well. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
