This Victorian townhouse is situated in Falmouth and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.

Maritime View is a spacious Victorian townhouse which dates back to 1868 and is set just a few minutes’ walk from Falmouth town centre and can sleep eight people. There is a double bedroom with access to the roof terrace, two further doubles (including one on the second floor) and a twin bedroom with access to the roof terrace. The cottage also has a shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a roof terrace with furniture (accessed from two of the bedrooms or the walkway from the rear garden), a front garden with terrace and furniture and a rear garden patio with furniture and a barbecue area. Maritime View is a lovely base for your well deserved break away.
