Ysgubor Las is a barn conversion close to the town of Dolgellau, just eight miles from Fairbourne. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, one twin, together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open pan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove and sofa bed.
Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private lawned garden with patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of southern Snowdonia, Ysgubor Las is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Beautiful
This beautiful converted barn is in a stunning location, surrounded by mountains and farmland. The cottage is very comfortable, warm and very well appointed. The onwers were very friendly.
Ideal for walking or visiting the nearby coast. One of the best self catering properties we have stayed in.

Incredible!
I?m writing this on the last night of my stay in this beautiful barn. My mum and I could not have wished for a better place to stay. The setting is idyllic - the views are breathtaking and it is so peaceful. There are many spectacular walks right on the doorstep. We walked from the door to the pony track right up to the summit of Cader Idris. The owners are ever so helpful and friendly. We will be recommending to everyone.

Simply the best self catering cottage we have ever stayed in!
The location is stunning. If you welcome peace and quiet you will not be disappointed at all. The cottage has been very thoughtfully renovated from an old barn and the owners, Richard and Laura have thought of everything. Upside down living with a balcony giving fabulous views over open countryside. A large conservatory for if the weather is inclement (it was spectacularly so on one day) Everything is finished to a very high standard and nothing has been missed. Richard and Laura made us very welcome (from the welcome pack onwards) and were on hand at all times if we needed them. We have 'self-catered' for over 30 years and this cottage has net been bettered in all that time. We will certainly be back !

The barn conversion is of a very high standard. Overall finish and quality was excellent.
The location is perfect, a five star rating.
