The Granary, Rye House is a cosy conversion of a former granary, next to the owners' home in the North Lincolnshire village of Wroot. Set mostly over the first floor, this cottage sleeps four people and has a zip/link super king-size double, a second floor mezzanine single, a wet room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for three cars and shared use of a lawned garden with small, unfenced pond. The Granary, Rye House is a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire and beyond.

Note: The property is accessed via 12 steep external steps. Note: The mezzanine single bedroom is accessed via 14 open tread steps and is open plan to the sitting area below
therefore children should be supervised at all times. Note: Due to the sloping ceilings in the mezzanine bedroom there is reduced head height and care should be taken. Note: Property is situated above a boiler room, the secure bike storage and an office (only used during day) so there may be some associated noise, however, no noise will be experienced during evenings and through the night. Note: Small unfenced pond in shared garden, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The owner can accept an Asda, Morrisons or Tesco supermarket delivery on day of arrival. Note: Paddock for horses available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
