A wonderful, link-attached cottage on the outskirts of Bowness-on-Windermere, with three bedrooms accommodating six people.

The Nook is a lovely, link-attached cottage in a charming cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Bowness-on-Windermere. The cottage is set mostly on the ground floor, with a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite the only room upstairs. Downstairs, there are two further bedrooms, a king-size double and a room with zip/link bed, providing the option of being made up as a king-size double or twin beds.

There is a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and double doors leading into the courtyard, where you can sit and enjoy breakfast in the summer. From the courtyard, a flight of steps lead up to a decked garden with beautiful views, more outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also off road parking for up to five cars.

With lots to see and do nearby, and many activities to enjoy in a small drive, The Nook is a wonderful holiday base for both friends and families.

Lovely Cottage & Perfect Location
We stayed here in February, its a fantastic with everything you might need for your stay. There were 6 of us, my daughter, husband and 2 children and my husband and i. What was really nice was that we stayed upstairs with our own bathroom which was really private from the rest of the house. Lovely sized lounge with nice big dinning table. It was Absolutely perfect for us. Theres plenty of parking. It was only about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Bowness where you can get to everything, theres plenty of places to eat and get in provisions when you need them. It was really cold when we stayed here we had rain and snow and wind but the cottage was lovely and warm. Really nice and would definitely stay again.

This house was lovely. It is very clean and spacious. The location of the house was excellent for getting around by foot locally in Bo'ness on Windermere. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, excellent cottage within walking distance from town. We felt like it was a home away from home. Instructions were clear and laid out beautifully for all cottage equipment. Cottage is spacious and actually looks better on arrival than in the pictures, which is a first!
