Perfect
Myself my husband and our 3 year old stayed for a week. The owners are lovely and let us see her newly born calf the cows are in the field right by the house my son loved looking at them. There's loads to visit with in about an hour's drive it's perfectly situated on a hillside with the town a short distance away. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Lovely little cottage
This is a lovely little cottage set in the hills next to the farmers field, we absolutely loved it here away from the town, its such a peaceful and quiet area but not too far from the town and surrounding areas to explore. The owner was very friendly and offered advice on where to visit in the area. Property had all the facilities needed was just home from home will definitely return to this little gem. My son liked the layout of the property and how close the cows where, we could watch the cows in the field for ages.

My 80 year old Mum & I had a wonderful week at Chevinside. The cottage is warm, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and in an ideal location to access the many attractions that Derbyshire has to offer. Next time we have a break in Derbyshire, we've already decided to return to the same cottage. Thank you to our hosts for making us so welcome & comfortable.

This is a lovely cottage in Belper, yet still very close to town. It makes a good base for visiting the attractions of Derbyshire. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property for families and small groups, it is an excellent family getaway. The open fire made the cottage very cosy.
