Life's a Beach is a welcoming bungalow on the Rosecraddoc holiday village, two miles from Liskeard. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture, along with shared use of estate grounds, a fishing lake and tennis court at the adjacent Rosecraddoc Manor. Life's a Beach is a convenient base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

Electric panel heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus additional space in visitor's car parking area, on first come, first served basis. Patio with furniture. Shared use of estate grounds, fishing lake and tennis court at adjacent Rosecraddoc Manor. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Bar and restaurant on adjacent Rosecraddoc village. Shop and pub 2 miles. Seasonal pub 3 mins walk. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside. Note: Although the bungalow isn't adjacent to the River Seaton, it is close by, and there is an unfenced stream in the grounds, so therefore children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Permit required in order to fish in fishing lake at Rosecraddoc Manor
daily/weekly permit can be purchased on-site and guests must bring their own fishing equipment.
