Amazing hen weekend!
12 lovely ladies stayed here for a hen weekend in November '16 and had such a lovely time. The house was clean and well equipped, big enough for us all to sleep and get ready in comfortably and for us to play games in the lounge and kitchen. The hot tub was fab and so relaxing, there are separate beach towels available especially for hot tub which is useful. Currently not allowed in hot tub after 10pm due to neighbours, but owners informed me that they are renovating the basement and plan to put it in there where there will also be a sauna etc. Awesome views from the front bedrooms, so pretty. The location is perfect, so close to the town, but in a quiet area. The town is approx 10 minute walk, if that. Taxi back costs approx ?4 only. There are plenty of spare keys so people could return when they were ready. All the guests commented on how good the house was, the house helped to make the weekend great! I had left two dresses hanging in the wardrobe upstairs after I left, the owner kindly posted them out to me the same day, and when asked how much postage was to give him the money, he asked me to donate the money to a charity. Nice gesture. Would highly recommend for any group stay. I will defo stay again at some point.

Excellent accommodation in Lincoln.
Beautiful large house in an excellent position, close enough to walk into the centre of Lincoln. Very good hot tub, clean and hot! My friends and I ( a group of mature ladies) really enjoyed our stay there.

Had a fabulous weekend in this beautiful house, it had everything we could possibly want and the hot tub was lovely. Walking distance to the centre of Lincoln.

We would thoroughly recommend the house. We were greeted warmly and had a very pleasant stay. The hot tub was a huge success. Lincoln is a lovely city and the cathedral and castle are close by. It is hilly however! This house is much nicer than I expected from the photos. It is well equipped and very spacious. Thanks to the owners!

We had plenty of room at Liquorice Heights. It was a lovely house, and we were near the city having plenty to do and see. We all enjoyed our stay in Lincoln.
