Courtyard Cottage is a homely bungalow nestled amongst rolling countryside five miles south of Duns in the Scottish Borders and can sleep five people in one king-size double bedroom and one family room. There is also a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire.
To the outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage, a garden with furniture and a tennis court. There is also an external games room with a full-size pool table and table tennis. Courtyard Cottage is a fabulous cottage with something for everyone at any time of the year.

Fantastic location
We have just returned from a week in this comfortable cottage with probably the most amazing views we've ever had at a holiday home. The owners have taken a lot of effort to make the bungalow as comfortable as possible (great beds, with good quality linen and towels). The kitchen has everything you need and the lounge is so cosy with an open fire. You could just sit and look at the view all day. The games room is a fab addition. Great walking and the 2 acre paddock next to the cottage is great for exercising your dog. Duns is 10 mins in the car and about 30 mins to the coast or inland to Melrose. I thoroughly recommend this place to stay if you want a rural location but not far in the car for places to see.
