Grimes Cottage is a Grade II listed, terraced cottage in the delightful seaside village of Staithes. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside this cottage is a small rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and parking is in a local car park. Grimes Cottage is an ideal base for families who wish to explore the North York Moors National Park, Whitby and Scarborough.

Pay and display car parks available in the top part of the village, charges apply at certain times of the year. Loading/unloading area approx. 100 yards from cottage - no parking at the bottom of Staithes village. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: This cottage has narrow internal stairs. Note: Steps lead up to the cottage from the main street. Note: Mobile phone reception is limited in Staithes. Note: Parking and stairs may mean cottage is unsuitable for the less mobile. Note: Check-in 4pm.
