Malvern is a high-ceilinged Edwardian house, newly refurbished and available for holiday lets for the summer of 2017. This substantial semi-detached three-storey house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea, within walking distance of the picturesque quay and gorgeous sandy beach. Malvern has many original Edwardian features and has been sympathetically adapted for modern living.

There is plenty of space to socialise in the large kitchen/dining/family room and a separate sitting room for quieter times or watching a movie. Through this listing (number 283251) Malvern can be booked (out of season) for up to 6 guests (plus an infant) using 3 bedrooms, together with the family bathroom and ensuite shower room (ground and first floors only). Malvern can also be booked at full capacity (to sleep 10 plus an infant) using all 5 bedrooms, with 2 shower rooms (one ensuite) and the family bathroom, as property number 270287.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of ?20 per dog per week. Ground Floor Entrance hall: with original Edwardian tiled floor and cornicing, a wooden settle, coat hooks and a shoe rack. Sitting Room: at the front of the house with a large bay window and gas effect fire.

There are three comfy sofas, a coffee table, freeview smart TV with DVD player, a selection of books and DVDs. Kitchen/dining/family room: a large and well lit room at the rear of the property, incorporating a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric fan oven, second oven/microwave, warming drawer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Island breakfast bar with seating for five.

Dining table with seating for ten. Wall mounted smart/freeview TV. Four seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, books, toys and games for a range of ages.

French windows onto the garden. Utility room/WC: with sink, additional cupboards, washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC. There is a wide sweeping staircase up from the hallway, with a banister.

First Floor Bedroom 1: a light and airy room at the front of the house with two large windows and original fireplace. There is a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, a large sofa and a TV/DVD player. Bedroom 2: twin beds, bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, a writing desk and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: a double room, bedside lamps, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. Ensuite shower room to bedroom 3: quadrant shower enclosure, hand basin, WC. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, hand basin, WC.

Outside There is a shingle drive at the front and side of Malvern with off-street parking for four cars.
