What a find!
A fabulous, extremely spacious (both indoors and garden wise) bungalow, set in this tranquil village just a few miles from the sea. The accommodation is exceptionally well presented and maintained with a huge open plan living/dining/kitchen. Lovely views of the neighbouring ponies are a real treat and the 'wrap-around' garden is secure and a pleasure for humans and dogs alike! Everywhere is fantastically and comfortably equipped. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds- the king and double rooms having their own spacious ensuite with walk in showers. The two twin bedded rooms share a great family bathroom equipped with a separate walk in shower. This is a perfect get-away holiday rental for a large family or group of friends to either chill out or to explore the surrounding attractions. As an added bonus, the very friendly Swan Inn Pub just across the road does a fantastic Sunday lunch too! Recommended +++++

WOW Factor
As me, my wife, daughter and her family walked through the front door we were amazed on how stunning this property is. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished with 2 having ensuite, the kids were amazed with the sun room having space to get away from us grown ups, while we couldn't get over the size of the Lounge and dining area, enough seating for all to relax and enjoy a good Xmas movie, enough room for Santa to pile up each persons presents, enough room round the table for a good traditional Xmas dinner, not forgetting the kitchen had all we needed to cook the family dinners. The dogs were happy to have the large expanse of space to run around and exercise in the garden and so wonderful to be greeted by the foal and mother every morning. The Swan public house was just minutes away as the people are so friendly. A bus stop into Hornsea just around the corner. All in all a perfect holiday home for all the family to enjoy. Booked again for xmas 2018.

Fabulous holiday cottage
This is a new holiday let and has obviously been recently renovated. Standard of accommodation is excellent throughout as is quality of furnishings. The property is very large with plenty of space for larger family groups or several couples with both a large family lounge as well as a quiet sun room area which is great if you want some time away from the kids. There is a main bathroom with 2 additional ensuites all finished to a high standard and all accommodation is on one level which is great if stairs are an issue for anyone in your group. Outside there is a large enclosed garden area which is ideal for letting children play safely as well. Locally there is loads to do. The seaside resort of Hornsea is close by and the large garden centre just up the road is well worth a visit. Highly recommended and a fantastic break, we look forward to returning, thanks
