This converted barn is situated down a long private driveway in a picturesque valley. The cottage is situated in a secluded spot, with no close neighbours. Visitors can relax on the enclosed patio with unspoilt views over unbroken countryside and in the evening stroll to the village pub.

Swift Cottage has one ensuite bedroom with a four poster bed. Cot and highchair can be provided if required. Bathroom with bath and WC.

Lounge/kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge, freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave, colour TV and video/dvd player. Electric oil radiators. Bed linen included.

Towels for hire. Electric by GBP1 meter (10 pounds free Oct-Mar). Babysitting by arrangement.

Enclosed patio/garden area with BBQ. Free Wi-Fi available. Regret no pets or smokers.

Swift Cottage forms part of Sharlands Farm and visitors are welcome to join in with feeding our animals if they wish. Free range eggs available. Visitors are welcome during the season to enjoy fishing on our stretch of the River Neet.

A short stroll from Swift Cottage. Sharlands Farm produce their own self guided walks for the area so visitors can enjoy a variety of coastal and country walks. Walks are circular in nature and can be started from Swift Cottage or after a short drive to the start point.

Lengths vary to suit all walkers. Many visitors opt to walk to Bude down the canal which can be an interesting introduction to the area. Swift Cottage is normally a Sunday to Sunday let so gives visitors the opportunity of avoiding the busy holiday traffic during the normal handover day.

Short breaks can be arranged out of season.
