The property is based on the edge of a historic market-town overlooking the lake and parkland. The cities of Chester and Liverpool are only 45min-1hr drive from the apartment. Only 5 minutes stroll to central town square with all shops and amenities Welsh speaking area, all signage bilingual.

Coast is easily accessible. Close to Llangollen with its international Musical Eisteddfod. Ideal location for cycling, hillwalking, castles, canals, steam railways, golf, fishing, white water rafting, go karting, adventure centres, zoos, go karting etc.

A Mecca for outdoor pursuits!! All you require can be found here. If you bring your car, it will be perfect to explore North Wales. The Ruthin area Ruthin is situated in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd with North Wales.

This historic market town boasts the magical Ruthin castle where themed mediaeval banquets are held, and the magnificent Collegiate Church of St Peter which is celebrating its 700th anniversary. The interesting shops and quality restaurants are dotted amongst the many preserved historical timber framed buildings of a bygone age. Flood-lit tennis courts and golf driving range are at a walking distance. Rugby and football pitches nearby its a.20 minute drive to llandegla mountain bike centre and Ruthin is well placed for road cycling.

The appartment---- the double bedroom looks out onto the lakeside balcony where we have a 2-3 person HOT TUB ! FROM which you can see the stunning views of the parkland ,the ducks and swans come to be fed just feet away!The lounge is separated from the bedroom by a sliding partition.TV can be viewed from bed! Off the lounge is a well equipped galley kitchen and dinning area.

From the hall is a shower and wc and the bunk bedroom [sleeps3] includes an en-suite bathroom. All bedding and towels are included as is gas central heating,the electric is pay for the units that are used.
