There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other, which is very large, with twin beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, and separate WC.
The sitting room is large and light with an enclosed gas fire, and furnishings include 2 comfortable sofas. It leads into a large conservatory which doubles as the dining area and has a door into the garden. There is also access to the garden from the newly fitted kitchen, which has gas cooking and a small breakfast bar.

There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, and a bathroom and separate WC.
The sitting room is very large, light and sunny, with gas-coal fire, and the furnishings include 2 nice comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is newly fitted and cooking is by gas.
We regret that we do not accept children at this house.
