This detached cottage comprises: downstairs, an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with beamed ceiling, wood burning stove and newly fitted kitchen. Polished stone floor with rugs. Upstairs both bedrooms have beamed and vaulted ceilings and overlook the garden. Bright and airy bathroom, newly fitted in 2008. Sunny cottage garden with herbaceous borders, mature shrubs, a plum tree. Garden table and chairs are provided - perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine (or two!)

Quietly situated in the attractive market town of Lechlade in the south of the Cotswolds, within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shops.

A short walk takes you to the banks of the River Thames.
Lechlade is also a perfect location for exploring the Cotswold towns of Burford, Cirencester and Stow just a short drive away. The impressive and historic towns of Oxford and Cheltenham are also within easy reach. Also close by, is the Cotswold Water Park, which is renowned for its water sports, and provides a great day out for walkers and nature lovers
