The cottage offers on first floor 1 king size bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 single bedroom, with a cot, bathroom, with bath separate shower, toilet and wash basin. Ground floor offers, sitting room, dining room with stove, large kitchen with table and chairs, toilet and wash basin, conservatory.

One dog accepted at this property only.

Standing on its own in the ancient and beautiful Penwith landscape, Chy Barnett has sea views from all its main rooms. Inside the house, built in 1885, the original wood floors and wood panelling have been kept, together with the pretty tiled fireplaces.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with three double occupancy bedrooms and one single, dining room with multi fuel stove, sitting room, large kitchen and conservatory which provides breathtaking views of gorgeous sunsets. Oil central heating is included in the rent.

The garden is mostly hydrangea and membretia, but there is plenty of grass on which to set out the garden chairs and where children can play. About 300 yards along the track and a scramble over fairly low rocks brings you to a lovely sandy cove with good swimming at low tide.
