This property offers 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and vanity basin, 1 bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, 1 bedroom on the first floor with two 3ft single beds and a 2ft 6in child's bed, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin, ground floor clockroom with toilet and basin, attractive sitting room with original flag stone floor partially carpeted, dining room, good sized kitchen, enclosed small sun deck and garden.

This beautiful former Duchy of Cornwall Farm has 9 luxury cottages sleeping from 2 to 10 persons and is set in the peaceful wooded east Looe valley.

Each cottage is centrally heated and fully equipped, most cottages have their own secluded gardens and there is secure parking on site.

There are many facilities on site including fishing, tennis, mini golf, badminton and a large games room and fully licensed bar.

We have our own railway halt where guests can catch the railcar and enjoy car free days out via The Looe valley line.

We have some cottages specially designed for the less able bodied with all accommodation on the ground floor.

We are only 3 miles from Looe and its beaches.
