Ground floor cottage with level access. comprises of 2 Bedrooms 1 double bed room and 1 twin bedroom with full size bunk beds. Bathroom with power shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin, open plan lounge dining room, leading through to the well equipped kitchen. Patio table and chairs in the courtyard.

A lovely ground floor Barn Conversion on the north Cornwall coast. Set in an attractive courtyard by a tranquil village green. There is doorstep walking and beautiful beaches nearby. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Rosecare, Crackington Haven beach is only 1.5 miles away and Bude is only a short drive. Horse-riding, surfing, fishing, tennis, cycle hire and golf are all available locally plus numerous beaches, walks and attractions.
