Bathroom with shower and bath, large shared garden and orchard. There is a 10% discount for parties consisting of 1 or 2 people

It has an elevated position with magnificent panoramic views of the Axe Estuary and the sea.

The charming Devon town of Seaton is less than a mile away. Also close at hand are Axmouth, Beer and Branscombe; Lyme Regis is 12 minutes and Sidmouth 15 minutes away by car. Within close proximity to the cottage are the White Hart and the Wheelwright pubs of Colyford.

This situation provides excellent access to the attractions of southern Devon; Exeter is close by and that part of the coast is abundant with picturesque seaside towns and villages.
